To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. You can reach us via email or phone.

Switch games and PS5 games are region free and you can enjoy it in US or any other country. A minority of games might require players to create a regional account for enjoying the online features.

We offer FREE US delivery for total order value over US$59, excluding selected items. If your order is below US$59.99, we normally charge US$3.99 for Switch game and US$4.99 for PS5 game for US delivery. You will notice the actual delivery cost while checkout. PlayLeak reserves the right to end this offer without any notice.

Your order will be delivered by local post, depending on the order value and your delivery location.

When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your orders are on their way. If you have not received this email after 4 working days, you can email or WhatsApp us and we'll be happy to help resolve this for you.

You can choose to get your orders delivered to an address other than your billing address. Just enter this address during the checkout process. We are unable to change the address once the order has been placed.

All orders being delivered within the US require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you enter the delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery.
