We offer FREE US delivery for total order value over US$59, excluding selected items. If your order is below US$59.99, we normally charge US$3.99 for Switch game and US$4.99 for PS5 game for US delivery. You will notice the actual delivery cost while checkout. Your order will be delivered by local post, depending on the order value and your delivery location.

When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your orders are on their way. If you have not received this email after 4 working days, you can email or WhatsApp us and we'll be happy to help resolve this for you.
